Outlook Extractor (also known as Outlook Email Address Extractor) is a tool that lets you extract the addresses from emails in MS Outlook (it doesn`t work in Outlook Express).
You just indicate in Outlook Extractor the folder from which you want to get the addresses (for example, the in-tray folder). The address list it creates will include both the sender`s address and also any of those in the CC.
If there are any duplicated addresses (which often happens), it won`t include them in the list. That list, created by Outlook Extractor, is in plain text, so it can easily be exported to other programs, like text processors, databases or workbooks.
